New Patient Visit — Assessment & First Treatment ($190)
Your first appointment at our North Park, San Diego clinic. We take a full history, watch how you move, and treat you the same day. Built for athletes and active adults dealing with pain, stiffness, or a nagging injury that hasn't cleared up. Start here if you're new, or if you're not sure where to begin.
Chiropractic Adjustment (30 min, $70)
A focused 30-minute chiropractic adjustment for spine and joint mobility. Best for active patients who already know what their body needs — a quick reset between training blocks, after a long flight, or when stiffness is getting in the way of a workout. If you're new or carrying pain, book the New Patient Visit first.
Sports Myofascial Therapy — Cupping, Scraping & Manual Release (60 min, $190)
Hands-on soft tissue work for tight, restricted muscles that aren't moving the way they should. Cupping, scraping, and manual release to free up shoulders, hips, and legs. Good for lifters, runners, and CrossFitters in San Diego carrying training-related tightness, or recovering between hard sessions.
Full Performance Reset — Adjustment + Soft Tissue + Recovery (90 min, $225)
The complete session. A chiropractic adjustment, sports myofascial work, and recovery in one 90-minute appointment. Best when several things feel off at once, or before a competition, a long training block, or travel.
